The service was great and the drinks were even better! The food was good too, but for some of the prices, I don't know- I guess I expected something a little more. The baked cheese was delicious, but you only need 2 of the 4 foccaccia pieces because there's not enough cheese to warrant all 4. The burger was a little on the small side, and though it said medium it was more like medium well. I still went again, but passed on the burger and went for schnitzel *which was delicious! It was cute how they had themed drinks to the Paramount theater across the street.

I was there for Wednesday night dinner with five friends. The food was excellent. I had the best chicken schnitzel I've eaten and a really nice blueberry corn salad. (The pot of creme dessert was only so-so.) It was an excellent meal. The big downside is the noise -- it's a noisy place and it was hard to hold a conversation.

The Carlile Room in Seattle is an outstanding dining spot that offers a delightful experience. I decided to try their hamburger, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Highlights: • Food Quality: The hamburger and fries were delicious. Despite being a seemingly simple dish, few places manage to get it right, and Carlile Room excels in this regard. The flavors were spot-on, and every bite was satisfying. • Service: The attention from the staff was incredible. They were attentive without being overbearing, allowing me to enjoy my meal in peace. This balance contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. • Ambiance: The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The cozy setting, combined with tasteful decor, made for a comfortable dining environment. It’s located in a great part of Seattle, which adds to its charm. • Menu: Although the menu isn’t extensive, each option is well-curated. The limited selection ensures that each dish is a good choice, making it easier to decide what to order. Conclusion: Dining at the Carlile Room was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Whether you’re dining alone, as I did, or with company, the environment is conducive to a pleasant meal. The attention to detail in both food and service makes it a highly recommended spot in Seattle. I look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.

Love the food, service and atmosphere at the Carlile. Ben the manager runs the place effortlessly. Tara was our waitress and she was amazing! Been there quite a few times and I am going to truly miss the restaurant and the staff as I moved away from Seattle this past weekend. Everything on the menu is delicious and the portions are perfect!

Fantastic service. Fantastic but simple menu. Fantastic food. Definitely the best place we went to dinner to during our vacation to Seattle. The restaurant has a very cool feel to it. The menu was simple, but it was clear that this is because they knew what they were doing. Highly recommend the Nashville Hot Schnitzel, and the smoked white BBQ wings. Absolutely awesome!

Wonderful place for a pre-show dining. Their menu is short, but the food is delicious. Same with cocktails - each of them is a piece of mixology art. Super friendly and attentive service and chill vibe.
